Silicon Graphics(NYSE: SGI) today at the 85th American Meteorological Society Annual Meeting announced that SGI(R) Altix(R) systems and SGI(R) InfiniteStorage solutions are assisting two cutting-edge assistant professors in two very diverse fields of research in the Physics and Atmospheric Science Department at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
